Although there are many real estate agents in Los Alamos, Devorah is particularly helpful if you are not an expert in home purchasing, as I certainly was not. Devorah walked me through the process step-by-step and explained all of the issues clearly. The entire process was very smooth. I purchased the home I wanted for the price I wanted. Devorah handled so much of the work that the paperwork and legal process seemed automatic. It might be surprising for a house to be shown for one day and have competing offers in a buyers market, but that is exactly my experience with Devori. The fact that the first buyer fell through did not mean that the house even needed to be shown again. Quite frankly, this was an amazing turn of events. Devori did not request that I change the house much. She offered her best advice based on years of experience. Certainly, there were harrowing moments, as there are in any home sale. But, I got exactly what I asked for my house and closed on it the day before closing on my new home.
