If you buy or sell with me, I can share my experience regarding financing - it's important to have access to a lender that will have the loan ready for your closing, and avoid those that may cause last-minute (and sometimes beyond...) frustration. I'll tell you which institutions provide "Table Funding" (call me for clarification). I'll give you the information and you will make the choice!
