Notes:
  1. White Rock includes "Pinion Trails" - the higher prices there increase the White Rock average by several dollars per square foot.

  2. The Quemazon area is now separate from Northern Community. Ponderosa Estates is separate from Barranca. The Western Area east of Diamond Drive is separate ("Western Area East"). The changes in averages in those communities are the result of this change!
